Mr. Yingming Zhou is senior vice president of XT Quantech Co., Ltd. He is mainly responsible for the design of quantum key distribution data-processing algorithms and the research and development of quantum random number generator products. He has published more than 10 quantum communication academical papers and applied for more than 30 invention patents. He currently presides and participates in the standardization work in the field of quantum communication of the China Communications Standards Association (CCSA) and Cryptography Standardization Technical Committee (CSTC), and serves as the editor of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Focus Group on Quantum Information (FG-QIT4N).
